G'day everyone,
Since my birthday just came and went and I'm full of delicious Easter chocolate, I thought it would be nice to share something with our community.
As such, Shae and I have uploaded a free print and play of one of our small mini games 'Discovery Duels'. All you need in addition to the rules, are 10 dice (two sets of five in two different colours) and to print out the five double sided cards contained in the file.
Discovery Duels is a two player mini game that takes about 10 to 15 minutes to play. It places you as one of Darwin's two kids trying to discover the most about the different Occulite Tribes over the holidays, before you have to go back to school.

Shae and I are both Primary Teachers by day and every year I design a low component count game for my class to say thank you for all the hard work that they've put in through the year. Discovery Duels is one of those games... and we have quite a few of them now.
All the games that we have designed this way have been either expanded into games with a larger scope (or just more options), or their mechanisms have been used in other games we create. We thought that we might start releasing them to not only share these really fun, fast games with our audience, but also to gauge your interest in the games themselves.
